1. Nature of Products

All furniture created by House of Kaisar is handcrafted and made-to-order. Natural variations in wood grain, tone, texture, veneer pattern, and finish are inherent characteristics of fine handcrafted furniture and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

2. Craftsmanship & Continuous Refinement

At House of Kaisar, every piece of furniture is created with a deep commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Our processes are guided by continuous refinement, careful evaluation, and the pursuit of improvement at every stage of production. Where subtle variations or refinements occur during production, these are often the result of thoughtful adjustments made in the interest of strength, longevity, aesthetics, or overall performance. Our objective is to steadily enhance the quality and character of every piece we create.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written acceptance of the order details. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges approval of all specifications, materials, finishes, dimensions, and delivery arrangements stated in the order confirmation.

4. Pricing

All prices quoted by House of Kaisar are comprehensive and inclusive unless otherwise expressly stated.

5. Production Timelines

Each piece is produced with careful attention to craftsmanship. Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary based on production conditions, material availability, and logistics coordination. House of Kaisar will make every reasonable effort to adhere to the communicated schedule.

6. Dispatch Planning

House of Kaisar follows a structured production and dispatch workflow to maintain quality and continuity. Upon completion of production, customers will be informed of the scheduled dispatch, and delivery will proceed accordingly as part of the planned logistics cycle.

7. Delivery & Site Readiness

Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery location is prepared to safely receive the furniture, including adequate access through entrances, lifts, stairways, and passageways. Any site-related limitations that require additional arrangements may influence delivery handling.

8. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect the furniture carefully upon delivery. In the unlikely event of visible transit-related concerns, photographs and video documentation should be shared within 24 hours of delivery to allow prompt support and resolution.

9. Returns & Resolution

As each piece is custom produced, returns based on preference or change of mind are not feasible. In the rare instance of verified manufacturing or transit-related issues, House of Kaisar will provide appropriate support through repair, replacement, or resolution as considered suitable.

10. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. Beyond this period, production planning and material preparation would have commenced, and cancellation may no longer be feasible.

11. Warranty

House of Kaisar provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use. This warranty does not extend to natural wear, environmental influences, improper use, or natural movement of wood due to seasonal conditions.

12. Product Representation

Product images are representative in nature. Accessories shown in images are not included. Variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of materials. Graphic visuals are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the final House of Kaisar products.

13. Care & Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserve the beauty and longevity of handcrafted furniture. Customers are encouraged to follow recommended care instructions provided with the product.

14. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, images, and related materials associated with House of Kaisar are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these materials is not permitted.

15. Limitation of Responsibility

House of Kaisar remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and service. Responsibility for outcomes shall be reasonably limited to the value of the product supplied.

16. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, transportation disruptions, government regulations, or material supply interruptions, timelines may be affected. House of Kaisar will keep customers informed and work towards timely resolution.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any matters arising in relation to orders shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or making payment, the customer confirms that these Terms & Conditions have been read, understood, and accepted as part of the purchase agreement.
