Warranty Policy
House of Kaisar provides a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects arising under normal residential use. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, structural integrity and material quality attributable solely to manufacturing processes.

Our furniture is designed and crafted with the intention of lasting through years of everyday life. Should a genuine manufacturing concern arise, we are committed to providing fair and reasonable support in accordance with this warranty.
What Is Covered
Subject to inspection and verification, the warranty may cover:
• Structural failures in wooden or metal frameworks.
• Manufacturing defects in joinery and assembly.
• Defects in hinges, runners and functional hardware supplied by House of Kaisar.
• Manufacturing-related failures in upholstery construction.
• Defects resulting from workmanship or material quality.
Natural Characteristics
Wood, veneer, marble, leather and other natural materials possess inherent variations in grain, texture, colour, markings and veining.
Seasonal expansion and contraction, minor movement, slight variations in shade and natural ageing are characteristics of authentic materials and shall not be regarded as defects.
Upholstery and Comfort Materials
Foam, fibre and cushioning materials naturally soften and settle with usage. Minor wrinkles, creases and changes in firmness are normal characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Fabric pilling, colour fading due to sunlight and normal wear associated with regular use are excluded from warranty coverage.
Stone, Marble and Glass
Natural stone and marble possess unique veining and texture variations.
Scratches, stains, chips, cracks, impact damage and damage caused after delivery are excluded from warranty coverage. Glass breakage or accidental damage is not covered.
Finishes and Metal Components
Minor ageing, patina development and gradual changes in finishes are normal over time.
Scratches, abrasions, dents, corrosion resulting from improper maintenance, chemicals, moisture or abrasive cleaners are excluded.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, stains, moisture, excessive sunlight, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, damage caused by pets or insects, commercial use, natural disasters, transportation after delivery, unauthorised repairs or customer-supplied materials.
Commercial Use
Unless specifically agreed in writing, the warranty applies solely to normal residential use. Products used in offices, hotels, restaurants, retail establishments or other commercial environments are excluded from standard warranty coverage.
Warranty Claims
Customers are requested to provide order details or invoice information together with photographs and videos showing the concern.
House of Kaisar reserves the right to inspect products through photographs, virtual assessment or physical inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.
Repair Preferred Over Replacement
Furniture is a crafted product and not a disposable commodity. Where reasonably possible, House of Kaisar reserves the right to repair or replace individual components rather than provide a complete product replacement or refund.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to repair, replacement or corrective measures deemed appropriate by House of Kaisar. House of Kaisar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, transportation costs or temporary inconvenience.
Non-Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable upon resale or transfer of ownership.
Care and Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance are essential to the longevity of furniture. Failure to follow recommended care instructions may void warranty coverage.
